Arrival Time

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your service is scheduled.
 

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and SpaFinder.
 

Cancellations

Pre-paid appointments need 24-hour cancellation notice otherwise monies are forfeited.

Refunds

Gift certificates and any customized work are not refundable but can be exchanged for another service or product.

Valuables

Although we provide lockers with keys, please be advised to leave your valuables and jewelry at home. We are not be responsible for loss or damage to your valuables.

Gratuities

Gratuities are not included in the price of the service. Generally, 18-25% is appropriate.
An 18% gratuity will be added to all spa packages.

 

Promotions

Coupon/voucher promotions will not be honored after expiration date. 24-hour cancellation notice required; otherwise, coupon/voucher is forfeited.

ITEX / TradeFirst

First appointment is charged before service begins. Account number must be given to set appointment. 20% cash gratuity is required. Cancellations must be done 4 hours in advance or service will be charged. Multiply service appointment must be cancelled 24 hours in advance or services will be charged. If over 15 minutes late to appointment, time will be adjusted accordingly, for the tardiness.

In consideration of other guests, we ask that all cellular phones and pagers be turned off while at our facility.  In addition, the center is a non-smoking facility.
