Arrival Time

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your service is scheduled.
 

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and SpaFinder.
 

Cancellations

Single service appointments require 4 hours advanced notice. Multiple service appointments require 1 working day notice.  If proper cancellation notice is not given, we reserve the right to charge a $25 cancellation fee.

Refunds

Gift certificates and any customized work are not refundable.

Valuables

Although we provide lockers with keys, please be advised to leave your valuables and jewelry at home. We are not be responsible for loss or damage to your valuables.

Gratuities

Gratuities are not included in the price of the service. Generally, 18-25% is appropriate.
An 18% gratuity will be added to all spa packages.

 

In consideration of other guests, we ask that all cellular phones and pagers be turned off while at our facility.  In addition, the center is a non-smoking facility.
